Damian Semonin (Managing Director)
Damian focuses on Business Development, Systems Analysis , Application Development & Design.
Former owner of educational extranet provider Monstervision Web Design Damian has a keen interest in user interface design and usability issues that have long motivated a career around designing user friendly solutions for market segments kick started during his BSc (Hons) Information Technology.
A keen live music supporter and sports fan he can be found out of the office messing around in several sports, playing some tennis, squash, rugby, football, badminton, and surfing. Ever trying to combine as many of these on camping trips with the family to festivals!
Andrew Ingham (Projects Manager)
Andy has over 18 years' experience in commercial IT, across e-commerce, investment banking and insurance. Away from his laptop he loves putting his excellent sense of direction to good use skiing on mountains and finding his way around squash courts.
A passion for reading huge computer books....the bigger the better!
Jody Sergison
(User Experience Designer)
Jody specialises in user interface design for our applications, eCommerce performance and analytics. A graduate in Graphics Communication Design with web coding HTML/CSS skills demonstrating his versatility..... which can also be seen through his competitive mountain biking and skills in the kitchen!
Faviola CP
Faviola is an accomplished designer with a balance of creative and technical expertise and a strong background in print and web design.
She has a broad range of experience over 12 years working for large agencies and running a private practice. She has focused on identity, packaging design, commercial branding, editorials and web design for a range of clients from small companies to large multi-nationals.
She has a passion for creativity and photography.
Toby Jones
Toby is a programmer with a creative side, specialising in interactive applications using Flash with a background in computer games development. He has a Masters Degree in Computer Science and is fluent in PHP, C++, MySql and Javascript as well as HTML and CSS.
When he's not coding he's probably in the water surfing, spear fishing or free diving.
